Simply pop it in a toaster, microwave, oven or skillet, and some really good eggs will be on your plate in minutes. JUST Egg Folded has more protein and less saturated fat than a chicken egg and has zero cholesterol. It’s ideal for breakfast sandwiches but also great on ramen noodles or in fried rice.

Toaster (chef’s choice): Place JUST Egg Folded in standard toaster and heat on high for 6½ minutes.
Skillet: Warm a bit of oil in a nonstick skillet on medium heat. Cook JUST Egg Folded for about 5 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F/191°C. Wrap JUST Egg Folded in foil and bake for 15 minutes.
Microwave: Wrap JUST Egg Folded in a damp paper towel, place on a microwave-safe plate and heat on high for 1½ minutes.
