How To Prepare: In a small saucepan combine 2 cups of water with 1 1/4 cup of the Cheez Mix and heat slowly while stirring until sauce is thickened. May add a drizzle of olive oil if desired. Makes 2-4 servings
If smoother Cheez is desired, place the Cheez mix and water in a blender and blend for 1 minute, then cook.
