Servings: 2 (2 peanut butter cups each)

If using a saucepan, melt the chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly to prevent burning.
Prepare the Peanut Butter Filling:
In another small bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter, maple syrup (or agave syrup), and a pinch of salt. Stir until well mixed and smooth.
Assemble the Peanut Butter Cups:
Line a mini muffin tin with paper liners or silicone molds.
Spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into each liner, covering the bottom.
Place the muffin tin in the freezer for a few minutes to allow the chocolate to set slightly.
Add the Peanut Butter Filling:
