CASHEW BUTTER MASALA – Our plant-based Butter Chicken sauce is made with cashew butter and luscious coconut cream with slow-cooked tomatoes, garlic, ginger and sweet paprika to create a lighter, vegan version of the famous North Indian recipe that is just as satisfying as the original.
HOW TO USE – Add 1 jar of our Cashew Butter Masala to 1 lb sauteed tofu, chicken, fish or veggies or 1/2 cup cooked lentils. Add up to 1 cup coconut milk. Simmer until heated through. Serve with a dollop of plain yogurt and Brooklyn Delhi achaar or chutney (optional) over rice or with naan.
WHOLESOME INGREDIENTS – Our Cashew Butter Masala is vegan, low sugar, low sodium, and created with no artificial ingredients. Brooklyn Delhi uses no starches, gums or other stabilizers, just wholesome ingredients.
