We use 100% whole grain, rolled oats for our granola, that are packed with essential vitamins, minerals, and fiber. Renowned for their heart-healthy benefits, they can help lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease.
Sliced Almonds
Sliced almonds are a great source of protein, fiber, and healthy fats. They are also a good source of vitamin E, which is an antioxidant that helps protect the body from damage caused by free radicals.

Organic Flax Seeds

Organic Coconut Oil
We only use organic coconut oil in our granola instead of cheaper seed oils.
Coconut oil is rich in medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs), which are more easily metabolized by the body, providing a quick source of energy and supporting weight management. Additionally, coconut oil has natural antimicrobial properties that can support gut health, while its saturated fats are more stable at higher temperatures, reducing the formation of harmful trans fats during baking. In contrast, seed oils like soybean or canola oil can contain higher levels of omega-6 fatty acids, which may contribute to inflammation. Organic coconut oil also avoids the pesticides and processing chemicals sometimes found in conventional seed oils, making it a cleaner option for health-conscious consumers.
Allulose & Monk Fruit
Our granola is naturally sweetened with allulose and monk fruit extracts, two naturally occurring sweeteners that are virtually calorie free and have no impact on blood sugar levels.
We do not use erythritol or other sugar alcohols, neither any artificial sweeteners.
Natural Spices
Our granola tastes so amazing thanks to its natural ingredients. We use real cinnamon, pure chocolate and cacao powder. We never add any artificial flavors to it.
